Return Policy

Hassle Free Return Policy: 

We fully understand that sometimes the items you have order may not satisfy you, sometimes for reasons such as it does not suit you or simply because it was not as you expected.  Therefore, we are happy to offer you a "Hassle-Free" return.


100 Days Free Return:

You may return the items bought online within 100 days from date of invoice for a full express refund. However, any items to be returned must be unused, unmarked and in original condition. When you return the items, they must also be in their original packaging. If, in the unlikely event, your item has a manufacturing defect, then we will happily refund you the cost of the return shipping as well.


Return Method:

Returns can be arranged by contacting us via email at We will then arrange for the return with you. Please place the item into a new packaging box/satchel and send them back to us. For items with a manufacturing defect, the shipping fee will be refunded to your bank account or paypal accout (depending on which method was used to purchase the item).


International Returns:

For returns from other countries, the cost of shipping must be paid by you prior to acceptance by Fabhere.

Please note that we may decline your refund request if the items you returned is damaged by someone other than a Fabhere team member or the manufacturer. We may also decline your refund request if items were used or not in original box and packaging. 



Once we receive your returned items, our returns team will inspect them within 2 days. We will process your refund request in 3 days after the inspection. However, full refund may take another 2 to 7 days to appear on your credit card or PayPal account for bank processing. 


How much will be credited or refunded:

We will be glad to issue you with a refund to the value of the Returned Item(s) (postage fees to be deducted on refunds even if it was sold as free post), or alternatively, allow you to exchange the returned items with another item/s that hold a value up to the value of the returned items. Any unused portion of the original value of the item will be refunded to you. Please be advised that shipping and handling fees are not refundable, unless the items returned are damaged, in which case we will refund up to $10.00 for the items in delivery fees to post the damaged items back to us..
